Sweet Tongue Sweets, founded by Bonnie Z in Vancouver in 2013, specializes in the innovative creation of exquisite desserts, including fondant cakes and French pastries.

Over the years, we have proudly served thousands of events, such as birthdays, weddings, and banquets across the Greater Vancouver area. Notably, we are Canada’s first bakery to introduce the concept of floating cake.

Our workshops have become a hub for baking enthusiasts, attracting students from across Canada and the United States. Many of our graduates have gone on to establish their own successful dessert studios, achieving outstanding success in the industry.

In 2017, we expanded into the Chinese market, launching new store training programs in Beijing and Shenzhen and establishing Sweet Tongue (Shenzhen) Catering Chain Management Co., Ltd. This milestone allowed us to offer franchise opportunities and grow our brand in China.

In late 2018, we introduced Sweet Tongue Kidchen, a parent-child baking program in Vancouver designed for children aged 3 and above. This program inspires kids to explore the joy of baking, boosting creativity, focus, and confidence while enhancing parent-child bonding and teamwork.
